Can I use transceivers located in separate quads for the same IP instance?
No you can’t.
The structure of Exostiv IP requires that all the transceivers used by a specific IP instance belong to the same target FPGA quad.
This applies to Exostiv IP in Exostiv Dashboard (software environment v1 ‘clear’) and Exostiv Core Inserter (software environment v2 ‘dark’).
